Judco Guest SMS (Transactional)
1. Program Description
The Judco Guest SMS (Transactional) program, operated by Judco LLC, provides transactional text messages related to your confirmed vacation rental reservation, including check-in instructions, trash and recycling reminders, mid-stay informational messages, checkout instructions, and post-stay feedback requests.
Messages are sent only to guests with a confirmed reservation. This program does not send marketing or promotional messages.
2. Message Frequency
Message frequency varies per stay but typically includes 2–5 messages per reservation.
3. Message & Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Please contact your wireless provider for details regarding your text or data plan.
4. Opt-Out Instructions
You may cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message.
After you send the SMS message STOP, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from us.
If you wish to re-enroll, you may opt in again through the booking or pre-arrival process.
5. Help Instructions
If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for assistance.
